Common types of abuses at Clitheroe

In Detox banning clients was often done for inappropriate reasons.
Conversely, other clients were sometimes given priority for treatment,
again for improper reasons. Ban

information about college, as a means to control another staff member.

protections that are routinely misused by senior Clitheroe staff.
